 Post subject: ARRGHHH! broke a bolt

was trying to take off my o2 housing and cat (it was to be gutted) and the bolt nearest the front of the car snapped while coming out! it was the last one i was taking out too! frigging mitsu's with bolts snapping!

I know what ya mean, but the bolts breaking did the best for me, i was taking the front air dam off a 85 colt Turbo, and the bolts werent budging but luckily for me they began to snap, so it made the process of getting it off, faster and easier....

Removeing the o2 housing / precat does not make it any easier to gut. You can only gut it from the bottom side. Just drop the exhaust pipe and do it from the bottom. Greg
