You can also make a folder in the site gallery to keep your photos sticking around for a long time to come. 8)

Looking at the previous posts, I wanted to add that I bought my car from the original owner, who happens to own the dealership that the car was sold through.
My car never had a rear louver, or a rear wiper/washer either. It has no AC and a radio delete plate too. The sunroof was dealer installed, and it has a "performance connection" tach that is period correct.
As such, I believe that the dealer may have had options.
Again, if someone could explain in detail how to post photos I would appreciate it. I am a woodworker by trade.

Thanks![/img]

Upload your pictures to the gallery (sign up at the gallery and click on the add items button) and upload the pictures to the gallery.
Once the picture has loaded in, click on the thumbnail or small image that appears, so you get to the full size image that you uploaded. There is an option to keep the original picture sizes, so check or uncheck that box as appropriate.
Right click on the full size picture and choose properties.
When the properties screen comes up, you can highlight and "copy - with a right click again" the image tag: http://www.4g61t.gallery/v/Flying_Eagle/screenshot.jpg <- all images links must have the appropriate image file to "pull" the image from into our site to be viewed.
Paste your image link into the browser post reply that you want to type into.
Right click and choose paste to get your copied link pasted in full
Image <- Right click on this picture (which doesn't exist it is meant to show you what is imbedded here) and you'll see the link in properties.

Here is one that will work:
Image

If you post multiple pictures, be sure to input a "return or Enter" hit after the image tag, because it will otherwise line the pictures up side by side versus 1 on top of the other, like you usually see it here. 8)

Here is what you should have posted to see the pics, remember you have to have a ".JPG" or ".GIF" picture file extension at the end of the link for the picture to be shown by the software here:

Hi :-?

OK, so there is a bit of a learning curve to this. I was hoping to post the captions that I wrote for each photo in case anyone was interested in some minor specifics. Pics look great though.
I will post at a later time as a new topic with additional photos and descriptive.

Thanks again FE !

I saw your cars twin when I had my trans taken apart at TRE a couple weeks ago. Jon Ripple gave me the entire back story on his. I tried to buy it off him, but you wouldn't believe what he went through to pick it up. Needless to say, he isn't selling his anytime soon.

Keep that thing cherry, it is a beautiful car!

Holy crap, that thing is WAY clean! Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Got any interior or underhood shots?

I will try to get some additional photos in the next couple of days.
The interior is excellent and the engine is extremely clean. I plan on sending the valve cover and exhaust shield to Jet Hot in the next couple of months. I am having them coated in silver, nothing crazy. I have extras of both, brand new in bags (came with car)
The scary thing is the undercarriage. Because the car has never been driven in the rain, it looks like it just completed a rotisserie restoration.
Weird to see everything shiny after 24 1/2 years.
The car also came with an indoor and an outdoor car cover (three layer).
Extras include two brand new turbos, new fenders, new doors, a new wiring harness, new head, new antenna, new factory radio (boxed), and several dozen misc new things.
When I went to pick up the car (w/ a UHaul and trailer) we had a 5 min summer rain shower. The owner made me wait till the street was dry before we could load up the car. No kidding !
Needless to say, I am stoked. The only thing I love more is the Mitsubishi L300 van you see in a few of the photos. That thing is even cleaner than the Colt, and it was actually harder to acquire. My wife says that she is saving on a casket and putting the two of us to rest together. Awesome!

Yeah, I've talked to Jon Ripple on the phone a few times to see if he would sell his car, but no luck. I've heard it's amazing as well.

My 45K orig. mile Colt looks like crap compared to yours, nicely done!
