Where all the g32b coded engines the same? I found an older fully rebuilt g32b engine and was gonna use the bottom end in my turbo colt.

Thanx,

You didn't say how old. There was g32 non turbo motors in the 83 and earlier colts in the U.S. Greg

GregD. You are right, but i really doubt any of those still exist up here!! But anything is possible.

I would assume the bottom end to be the same.

Looking at the G32b bottom end, and looking at dsm bottom, its pretty darn close, Id have to get something to measure the differences between motors.

BUt yes, if it is 83 and older, its questionable. If its 84-86, bottom end should be the same. And 87-89 will definitely work.

Dave, there is a fresh 89 eagle vista up at Cookstown auto wreckers. Sadly its a black hatchback. It is fresh to the yard, the front brakes still werent fully rusted , and all that is missing is the gas tank, rims and passenger side door panel.
It was hit very very lightly in the front, the motor should still be good, But im not sure, I think it was just sent in cause of the fender bender.
189Kkm on the clock.
