All, I am in need of a set of front calipers for a 1984 Dodge Colt turbo, right and left. Please let me know if anyone has any available. |

Important point - the units in Rock Auto and as far as I can tell on the other parts store are not correct for our 84's. I have done a bit of research on the matter and it seems that the calipers for the 84 and the ones for 85 - 88 are different, however on Rock Auto they are listed as being the same. The difference is that there is approximately 5.5 inches between the center of the mounting holes on the caliper bracket on the 84 turbo and it seems that there is only about 5 inches between center holes on the brackets on the ones that I have tried to purchase - long and short they do not fit and cannot work for the A150 (84 turbo).

Did you try looking at calipers for a Precis or early model Excel instead? They share the same bits as 84 and under. |
