I hit a speed bump while doing about 40 (there were no warning signs FYI)

So a few days later I saw a small puddle of tranny fluid that seems to be coming from the pan near the bolt.

Do you think I need a new pan and gasket to fix the issue?
Any other parts I should check?

TIA

If the bolt hole is muntered, then that is the greater issue, otherwise you can remove the pan clean all the surfaces and use a new gasket or good grey RTV (yamabond/Honda bond/it is all Permatex anyways) and a flat pan surface and you will be good if you have no fluid on the contact surfaces when they are attached in short order after application of the RTV. Prep is key to remove ALL oil from the contact surfaces. Be sure to let the RTV cure for a lengthy amount of time, per the instructions, before putting fluid back in and driving anywhere (pan installed). If you use a solid gasket material, it is apply/ torque and fill then drive once you have the fluid in the correct range per the manual (some call for cold readings in park/neutral if auto but hot is the best reading if you can confirm fluid temps - not easy on older cars) or with a manual transaxle, you fill until you are within a certain depth of the fill hole (vehicle flat!) or if designed so, until the overfilled fluid stops dripping from the fill hole.

Hope that helps.

P.S. Check with brake clean or an appropriate cleaner to make sure that it is leaking from a bent flange rather than a bent bolt, or both.
