Post subject:  Who has a stock header for a '92 Expo?
Okay guys, I'm running out of ideas here. I have my Expo with 4G64 and the exhaust has broken just before the flexpipe. Does anyone know if there's any header in the Mitsubishi family that will fit? My Wag-O-Van is completely stock. I just want (NEED!) a quiet exhaust system again. Better yet, does anyone have one for sale after they've done a swap? I need some ideas!!!

I grabbed a 6 bolt 4g64 engine for a guy a few months ago from a 92 expo. I just left the exhaust manifold on the head since he wanted the shortblock. I'm not sure what shape its in but I can grab it the next time I'm there for $45 + shipping. I'll look it over 1st before I pull it off.

I had a nice 4g64 manifold that came off my bros galant gs. I can look for it, it's the tubular style that looks aftermarket.

sadly i threw mine away 3 months ago. on the other hand any junk yards close by if not theres a expo by my house give me 20$ plus shipping and the cost of the part and ill go pull it for you.

It wouldn't make it any louder than it is. But it may not bolt up, so he's better off finding an exact replacement.

Could you take some pics and show me what it looks like? If it's in any kind of good shape (not too cracked, etc), Paypal will be on its way!

I don't have the manifold here, its still at the yard. I just removed the head and grabbed the shortblock for the other guy. I'll probably be heading back to that yard this week and I'm pretty sure the wagon is still there. I will look over the manifold and let you know its condition and we'll go from there.

Are there any updates on this? Just checking in....I've been looking and have found nothing!

Haven't made it back yet, should be going this week though. If you are serious about it pm me because I will need a deposit if you want me to grab it. If it's crack free I need to get it while I'm there becasuse it may be a week or two before I head back there.
