I talked to Micah back around Thanksgiving or so. I think he said there was a problem with the trans or something, can't remember. Looks like he hasn't logged on in almost a year though.

I just drove this car the other day, it runs great! The trans makes some weird sounds, and the clutch is horribly stiff. It may need an upgraded master cylinder or something. Other than that, it rocks out.

Maybe I'm just not used to how stiff the 2600 is, because I have a twin-disk in my Eclipse, but holy CRAP that thing is stiff. It like, hurts my foot to push it down. I've had 2600's in the past, I don't remember them being quite that bad. I thought maybe a DSM master cylinder would be an upgrade, or a different size or something.

Hi. Sorry I went MIA for so long. Called Shep today to get their take since this is their forté and they built the trans. I'll update the thread once I hear from them.

Once again went MIA for a while. I haven't had much time to focus on the van but it is driving much better. I had the ACT clutch removed. After only about 2K miles it was shot. Looked like it was "dragging" the entire time so would never fully disengage. Installed a Centerforce Dual Friction and the pedal feel is 100x better and it seems to engage much better. Have a few items to still work out but mechanically the van is running great. No future plans for mods at this point other than maybe some suspension and wheels. As Leon mentioned in another thread, the Evo8/9 suspension is very rough on the kidneys.

Recently got some new "shoes" for my van and got the windows tinted. Wanted to stick with something that was somewhat period correct so went with the classic Enkei 92. Pics below. Currently working on a new suspension setup. I have contacted Ground Control and another company called Fortune Auto to see if they can help come up with all in one solution for our vans. Stay tuned!

Rim/Tire Specs:
4x114 bolt pattern
15x7 rim size
+38 offset
205/50/15 tire size

Lines up perfect with the fenders!
