Assuming the pump is in the tank, it sounds like a issue between the pump and filter. If the pickup in the tank was small (pipe size) and as you added fuel there has to be a point where the pipe size can't support the pressure/volume and from there you would loose pressure. Did this start as you increased P/W on the injectors? You changed everything but the 1st part of the fuel set up so I would think the issue has to be there.
Well, I am on a 3rd pump, so I am pretty sure that pump is OK ;). I have logged voltage and there isn't a significant drop.

This started as I moved up to FP Green turbo. Before, as I was running 14b and 16g turbos, the problem was masked everything seemed OK (running older Walrbo 255HP with stock wire). But with FP green, I had to richen the things up, but it wasn't responding as much as it should have. So I started logging the fuel pressure and discovered fuel pressure drop. I am running in high 90's injector duty cycle with 1000cc injectors. That isn't right at just 25psi of boost. But dropping fuel pressure exlpains the high duty cycle.

I have measured EVERY fuel line between the fuel pump and the fuel rail and EVERYTHING is identical to 2G OEM line! But… at this point, I will have to upgrade the factory “fuel tank to fuel filter line” because I am running out of things to change…

Does anyone have an extra AWD Summit fuel pump housing? I am thinking of making a bulkhead version of it and tapping right to it. I am kicking myself now, for throwing out the old one with the parts car I had years ago :(.

I will bet it is a restriction. There has to be a tipping point on how much fuel you can push through x size line before you lose pressure and have to go to y size line. I did 5/8" line from the tank to the pump and 1/2" from the pump all the way to the rail. I don't know how much more you are looking to get from your set up. Most of us think we will stop at ??? HP but then we see some part and out minds change. I think it's time for a complete fuel system upgrade. Dual pickup/pumps to 1/2" is what I would do. Keep the pumps in the tank because my external is a bit noisy (wish I had gone internal) and new line. I did copper nickel with AN fittings but 1/2" aluminum bends real easy.

The question is: where is that restriction? And why? Stock DSM lines have been proven up to 550-600whp! Summit's measure the same as DSM (on the outside), but I am running out of fuel with only 400whp... Regardless, I will take the rest of the Summit line out of equation, just to be sure!

My guess is in the fuel pickup right in the tank or where the line comes through the tank/pump assembly top flange.

I wired voltmeter right to the fuel pump wire. The reading mimicked what I was measuring with ECM Link: 13.55v that dropped 13.40v by redline, so that isn't the problem :(

But I still managed to run my perasonal best: 11.69@120!

I had the exact issue you're experiencing with running out of fuel, turned out to be a dead wideband sensor giving me an inaccurate reading. I kept richening it up thinking I was lean, when I really rich as F*CK the entire time. I threw a new wideband in there, and my AFR's were like 9:1, so yeah...
