I decided to make clear blinkers to make the front of the car look more in place. The white headlights now match the blinkers and fronts of the parking lamps

First off you'll need a spare set of Colt/Mirage/Summit backup lens'. You don't need the whole assembly, it won't work, it's too long. If you want to keep your stock assemblies, pick up a set of front Mirage/Colt/Summit assemblies, (shown) minus the orange lens.

A soldering iron is pretty much needed to connect the + wire to the orange bulb with two positive "bumps" (connectors). Note: I have not found a replacement orange bulb for our single connector type clear bulbs. Our bulbs' notches on the side of the metal piece of the bulb are different of those on the orange bulbs. You'll see what I'm talking about when you compare the two bulbs.

You will have to remove the stock clear bulb holder, It is metal. It has a spring inside of it as well. Get rid of that whole thing then proceed.

1.) Black ground wire. You don't have to touch this.
2.) Wire that is soldered to both connectors of the orange bulb. (The stock green wire is too short to pull through the assembly and solder.)
3.) Stock green positive wire. Connect this to your 2,

Push the bulb as far back as it can go. It won't lock into anything, but it should remain fairly secured in there, it won't really be moving around anywhere.

See how the left side matches up pretty well? The screw works too, you just have to cut and sand the other side so it pops into the bumper. You'll also havce to drill a hole through the right side of the lens, be careful, it cracks easily.

Here's a nice closeup on how and what to shave down. I used a dremel to cut and sand that end piece down so it was just short enough to pop into the right side of the bumper. I then drilled the hole for the screw. On the top you see that corner had to be sanded down a bit too.

That's it, plug everything back together and enjoy.
