It means you now have the PN's for painted JDM bumpers. Whether they still exist is another issue all together. :D

most Mitsu dealer will tell you it cant be ordered since its not a DOT approved bumper. but you just lie to them telling them its for a show/track car and they'll think twice. i know San Bernardino Mitsubishi was willing to do it awhile back but dont know if they still would.

When I used to work in parts at a mitsu dealer here in atlanta, I ordered JDM front end parts for my sisters GVR4 when she got into an accident. I was able to obtain a CAPS picture like the one in the first post, and got part#'s from a guy in the California warehouse. He was the one who ordered it also. If I remember, the parts went on a typical backorder from Japan, but when it was released it was drop shipped to my dealer from the Cali warehouse. So basically all you need to do is find a dealer willing to do the legwork in getting the stuff in.

I had no luck getting some hard to find stuff through JNZ, I went through someon else to get a few parts that they said are nla.

I dont know about over there but in the UK this bumper is still avalible but very very expensive! :(

Yes. If they are correct, updated part numbers.
