I know Energy Suspension sells sway bar bushings for the 1G and 2G Eclipse. Which set will fit on my 89 Mirage Turbo?

I also notice Road Race Engineering sells a whole Energy Suspension bushings set for a 1G or 2G DSM. Can I buy one of these kits for my 89 Mirage Turbo? What bushings out of the kit will fit, if all of them won't fit?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

No.

If you need replacement sway bar bushings you can order them through Mitsu, they're like $2 each.

at least, they fit my elantra front swaybar, and if i remember correctly that's the same diameter as the turbo swaybar.

if you want to check yourself, measure your sway bar and pick the one that'll fit from this list, and order it from one of their suppliers.

EDITTED BY THE ADMIN - this post had an Energy Suspension part number for the sway bar bushings to the frame, but it is definitely the wrong part. This is to get rid of any confusion this would have continued to be caused.

Can anyone confirm if the Elantra sway bar bushings are the same size as a 89 Mirage Turbo's sway bar bushings? And is that for the front or rear sway bar?

Csm's don't have a rear sway bar.

They're extremely cheap, shipping them will cost more than the parts. Takes about 3 weeks for JNZ to get them to you.

i am pretty sure you want the 19mm, i am pretty sure those are the ones that i got for my turbo colt. You can use the 1g kit for pretty much everything else. The control arms are a bitch to do.

Elantra front sway bar = C53a turbo sway bar. I know because I have pulled it, and installed it in a C52a. Mounts all fit where they were supposed to. So, if they fit an Elantra sway bar from 92-94.5, then it will fit our turbo chassis.
